Proposal to Dispose of Property

The Shire of Ashburton proposes to lease portion of Lot 811 Ashburton Court, Paraburdoo to Kara Lauder t/a Kader Boot Co. for a term of 5 years from 13 December 2017 for the following consideration: $7,200 pa (ex GST) plus outgoings.

The market value of the disposition was assessed at $120 per square meter per annum in November 2017.

Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal.
