Proposal to Dispose of Property

The Shire of Ashburton proposes to lease by way of license a 98m2 portion of Lot 67 Rocklea Road, Paraburdoo to Sarah Gorman t/a The Bedford Paraburdoo for a term of 2 years from 5 March 2018 for the following consideration: $2,600.00 p/a (incl GST).

The market value of the disposition was assessed at $35-$50 (excl. GST) per sqm per annum in February 2018. The annual license fee was agreed upon due to the decline in the residential population and limited trading hours.

Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal.
