Disposal under section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA)

Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Ashburton proposes to dispose of a portion of property as follows:

• Lessee: LF & SF Ltd T/A The Vault Paraburdoo
• Property: 93m² (approximate) portion of Lot 811 (84) Ashburton Court, Paraburdoo
• Term: Two (2) years commencing on the execution of the Lease, plus two additional terms of two (2) and one (1) year (up to five (5) years)
• Rental: $6,849.84 + GST per annum
• Market Valuation: $7,440.00 + GST per annum
