Disposal under section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA)

Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Ashburton proposes to dispose of a portion of the following property as follows:

• Lessee: Scorched Retina Gallery (Lessee)
• Property: Portion of Lot 811 (84) Ashburton Ct, Paraburdoo: Lease of approximately 105m2
• Term: One (1) year commencing on the execution of the Lease, plus four (4) option terms of one (1) year in each case (up to five (5) years)
• Rental: $9,450 (plus GST) per annum with 50% discount for the first 18 months
• Market Valuation: $9,450 (plus GST) per annum.
