Proposal to Close Unconstructed Road Reserve and Dispose of Property - Lease: Lot 500 on Deposited Plan 420630, First Avenue, Onslow

Disposal under section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA)

Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Ashburton proposes to dispose of property as follows:

  • Lessee: Mackerel Islands Pty Ltd
  • Property: 797m2 (approximate) portion of Lot 500, Onslow
  • Term: Twenty-One (21) years commencing on the execution of the Lease
  • Rental: $5,000.00 + GST per annum
  • Market Valuation: $5,000.00 + GST per annum

Land Administration Act 1997 (WA)

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 58 of the Land Administration   Act 1997, that Council intends to close the following unconstructed road reserve Lot 500 on Plan 420630. Council supported the closure of the unconstructed road at its Ordinary Council Meeting of 9 May 2023.
