Annual General Meeting of Electors

The Shire of Ashburton Annual General Meeting of Electors will be held at 4.00pm on 17 January 2016 at the Clem Thompson Sports Pavilion, Stadium Road, Tom Price.

The purpose of the meeting and the order of business is:

  • Receipt of minutes of previous Annual Electors Meeting
  • Receipt of Annual report for 2015/16
  • General Business

All members of the community are welcomed and encouraged to attend. If you are unable to attend, but would like an issue addressed at the meeting, please forward to the Chief Executive Office seven days prior to the meeting.
