Annual General Meeting of Electors

An Annual General Meeting of Electors will be held at Clem Thompson Sports Pavilion, Tom Price, on 16 January 2018 at 4.00pm. 

The purpose of the meeting and the order of the business is:

  • Receipt of Annual Report for 2016/17
  • General Business

All members of the community are welcomed and encouraged to attend. If you are unable to attend, but would like an issue raised at the meeting, please forward your question to the Chief Executive Officer seven days prior to the meeting via [email protected].

Copies of the Annual Report are available from the Shire Office and on our website www.ashburton.wa.gov.au from 12 January 2018.
