Annual General Meeting of Electors

The Shire of Ashburton Annual General Meeting of Electors will be held at 4.00pm on 16 April 2014 at the Clem Thompson Sports Pavilion, Stadium Road, Tom Price.
The purpose of the meeting and the order of business is:
- Reciept of Minutes of previous Annual Electors Meeting;
- Reciept of the Annual Report for 2012/13; and
- General Business
All members of the community are welcomed and encouraged to attend. Each elector is entitled to one vote, but does not have to vote. If you are unable to attend, but would like an issue addressed at the meeting, please forward to the Chief Executive Officer seven days prior to the meeting.
Copies of the Annual report are available for perusal from the Shire offices and on our website www.ashburton.wa.gov.au in the Publications area.
