Mineral Resources is undertaking roadworks to create a private, sealed and fenced haul road that will run from the Ken’s Bore mine site, located 150 kilometres
south east of Onslow, to the Port of Ashburton.
Roadworks are occurring in the Shire of Ashburton and will continue into 2024.
- Warrirda Road from the Onslow Road intersection to the Port of Ashburton. Roadworks are on the northern side of Warrirda Road.
- Onslow Road and Warrirda Road intersection. Minor detours will be in place along Onslow Road, just before the intersection from mid-end October.
These detours will be adjusted as construction progresses.
