The Shire would like to advise that a Contractor has been appointed to remove a number of trees in Paraburdoo and Tom Price. The trees have either reached the end of their life or are interfering with underground services. Whilst it was anticipated that works would be completed before 24 December 2016, however due to various factors these works will now occur in January 2017.
Where possible the trees will be replaced in the same location with a suitable species. If it is not possible another location will be determined.
