Shire of Ashburton residents are advised that the SpacetoCo booking system has now launched in Tom Price, Paraburdoo and Onslow
The Shire of Ashburton Facilities team has been working with Perth-based company, SpacetoCo, to ensure effective delivery and booking of all eligible Shire facilities.
From providing a safe and reliable payment system or fast and friendly help, the utilisation of SpacetoCo will ensure the Shire of Ashburton is able to give both regular space hirers and casual bookings a great user experience.
Shire of Ashburton President Kerry White welcomed the introduction of the online booking platform and acknowledged it will allow greater community engagement and support.
“In line with Council’s vision to create vibrant and active communities, the introduction of online facility bookings will enable our sports groups and community organisations greater access to Shire facilities in Tom Price, Paraburdoo and Onslow,” said Councillor White.
“Booking tablets will also be set up in each town’s Administration building reception area so all community members can access the booking platform.
"With the ability to book and confirm Shire spaces in a way that is both easy and accessible for clubs, teams, individuals and groups alike, we hope SpactoCo will allow the Ashburton community to continue to be a vibrant hub of activity in 2022.”
