Road Closure for vehicle access to Onslow ANZAC Park and Lookout

Onslow community members are advised that earthworks will be undertaken as the Shire of Ashburton is repairing the road to Onslow Caravan Park Overflow parking area as part of the Caravan Park redevelopment.

Between Friday 3 March and Sunday 5 March, earthmoving works will be taking place on the road leading to the Caravan Park Overflow Parking area at the Northwest end of Second Avenue.

There will be some disruptions during this period including:

  • Road closure of the end of Second Avenue just past the police station.
  • Increased heavy vehicle movements
  • No pedestrian traffic at the end of Second Avenue

ANZAC park will remain accessible to pedestrian via the footpath along the sea wall.

We anticipate the works will take up to three days. If you require further information regarding this matter, please contact the Shire’s Project Officer Yossi Eren on 08 9184 9319.
