Committee Know-How Workshop - Paraburdoo

Are you volunteering on a committee, or are thinking about it, and are worried about the governance and compliance side of things? The Shire of Ashburton is here to help! Attend one of our free workshops to receive valuable information on the responsibilities of a committee, meeting processes and conduct and how to navigate disagreements.
The workshops are free and will cover:
- Committee Responsibilities
- Establishing Subcommittees
- Meeting Processes and Conduct
- Managing disagreements.
The workshops will be delivered by Dominique Monteleone, Director and Lead Consultant for Wicked Strategies Consulting Services. Light catering will be provided. The Onslow workshop is delivered in partnership with Chevron Australia and the Pannawonica, Paraburdoo and Tom Price workshops are made possible through the Rio Tinto Inspire partnership.
