Active8 Program

Is your child aged 2-5yrs, a growing ball of energy and a fussy eater? The Active8 Program is a free 8 week healthy lifestyle program for children and families running in partnership with WA Department of Health. Families learn about fussy eating, active play and building healthy habits over a fun and interactive 8 weeks. Delivered by a qualified health professional, families receive a bunch of free resources along the way (1hr a week time commitment).
