Notice Of Proposed Permanent Road Closure

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, that Council intends to close an unconstructed road reserve (Lefroy Avenue) and amalgamate into adjoining Reserves No. 42090 as the skate park.
Reserve No. 30686 will also be amalgamated into Reserve No. 42090 for the purpose of recreation.
The road reserve is a remnant parcel of land located between the Onslow Skate Park and 6 Cameron Avenue, Onslow.
Council supported the closure of approximately 726m2 of unconstructed road reserve at its Ordinary Council Meeting of 13 June 2023.
The proposal can be viewed at the Shire of Ashburton Administration Centre, Poinciana Street, Tom Price and the Onslow Administration Building, Second Avenue, Onslow during office hours, or at www.ashburton.wa.gov.au
