Shire of Ashburton community members are advised that submissions are now being accepted for two community grants.
Round 2 of the Community Support Grants will be accepted until 31 March. Applicants can apply more than once each financial year as long as the total requested amount is less than $2,500. This includes cash and in-kind support such as donated venue hire. Funding is only available to incorporated community and sporting organisations.
Applications for the Signature Event Grant will be accepted until 31 March for projects or activities taking place between 1 August and 31 July the following financial year. Incorporated and non-incorporated associations can apply. Commercial organisations cannot apply. Submissions can request up to $10,000 in cash or in-kind assistance.
