NOTICE OF PROPOSED PARTIAL ROAD CLOSURE

Land Administration Act 1997 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997 of the Shire's intention to close a 56m² portion of Stadium Road, Tom Price located adjacent to Lot 979.

This request for road closure is sought by the Shire to close a portion of dedicated road that is currently fenced and used exclusively by the owner/occupier of Lot 979, and that has no known historic use as a public thoroughfare. Details of the proposal are available below. 

Persons who wish to comment on the proposal by forwarding written submissions to the Shire of Ashburton via soa@ashburton.wa.gov.au on or before the 27 November 2019

NOTICE OF PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT OF PLANNING PROPOSAL

The Shire of Ashburton has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

Suburb: Onslow

Proposal: Development Application for a Shop

Details of the proposal are available for inspection at the Shire of Ashburton Administration Centre, Poinciana Street Tom Price and Onslow Administration Office, Second Avenue, Onslow during office hours.
